Rules foundation
Table for One and Ironsworn
Table for One uses Ironsworn's rules as an independent, unofficial product. It pairs those solo mechanics with an AI Game Master and persistent campaign systems; it is not an official Ironsworn product.
The rules foundation
Ironsworn supplies the rules foundation. Read the official Ironsworn source to learn about the original game.
Why it fits solo play
Moves, momentum, progress, and oracles provide a useful way for a solo player to ask what happens next without handing either the choice or the result to the narrator.
Table for One runs play through its AI Game Master plus state, map, journal, memory, consequences, and continuity. The rules answer uncertainty; the campaign keeps what that answer changes.
